All orders are shipped FedEx Ground.  Standard cushion orders are produced and shipped within 7-10 business days.  Custom cushion orders require more time and are shipped within 10-12 business days.

It is often thought that our items are made up and can be pulled right off the shelf as orders come in...that is not the case. Because we take pride in our items and make them with quality craftsmanship, all orders must go through a certain process before production can even begin. Again, times may vary on size and difficulty of order. The order in front of yours can also affect production times as well.
